Currently, we ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Rates & Times:
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 (Fixed Rate) – Free shipping on all orders over $300.
- Shipping Carrier: UPS Ground
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 3–5 business days.
Important Note on Delivery:
To ensure the best protection during transit, our KUDDE dog beds are shipped in individual parts for easy assembly at home. Depending on the size of your order, items may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each parcel to keep you updated.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer two different return periods depending on the product:
- 100-Day Trial for KUDDE Dog Beds: We are so confident in our core product that we offer an extended 100-day trial period for all KUDDE dog beds. This gives your dog plenty of time to get used to their new favorite spot.
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: For all other products (accessories, covers, pads, etc.), a standard 14-day return period applies from the date of delivery.
How to start a return:
- Contact us: Send an email to us@sabro.de with your order number.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be clean and free of dog hair or stains. We recommend letting your dog "test" the bed by placing a clean sheet or blanket on top first.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
