Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your SABRO products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start Your Return

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team via email:

Please note: Our corporate address in Germany is for legal correspondence only.
Do not send physical returns to our administrative office.

Refund Process & Terms

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Added Value: Unlike many other shops, we even refund your initial standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs from premium or express shipping choices).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the direct costs of shipping the items back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until the goods have been received or proof of return shipping is provided.

Promotional Items & Gifts: If your order included a free promotional gift and the return brings your total order value below the minimum requirement for that promotion, the gift must be returned as well. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions

  • Customized Items: Products made to individual specifications.
  • Perishable Goods: Items with a rapidly approaching expiration date.
  • Hygiene Items: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed (e.g., used bedding without protective liners).

The KUDDE® 100-Night Sleep Trial

In addition to our standard return policy, we offer a voluntary 100-day satisfaction guarantee specifically for our iconic KUDDE® Dog Bed—we call it "100 Days of Dreamy Sleep."

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if the conditions for the sleep trial are met.
  • Eligibility: This offer applies exclusively to the first-time purchase of a KUDDE® dog bed (one per customer). Bundles and KUDDE® Outdoor models are excluded.
  • Fair Play: This service is provided in good faith. We reserve the right to limit this trial if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., multiple orders with the intent to return).

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt (unless covered by the KUDDE® 100-Night Trial).
  • Items must be in original condition. Used, soiled, or damaged goods cannot be accepted.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
